IntroductionLow-fat cheese quiche Low-fat cheese quiche
1 c. 1% milk
1/2 c reduced fat Hellmans mayonnaise
2 Tbs flour
1/3 c. onions
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 - 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
4 slices of bacon (cut and fried crisp then crumbled)
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
7 Tbs butter
<1/4 c. water
Hand whisk eggs, milk, mayonnaise and flour
Add all other ingredients
Put flour butter and salt in food processor. Add ice water until flour comes together. Shape dough into ball and roll out onto a 9/10 inch pie pan.
Pour wet mixture into the pie shell. Place pie in preheated oven of 350 degress for 50 - 55 minutes.
