Creamy Quacamole Dip

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 ripe avocados
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1 clove of garlic, minced/ or 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    2 Serrano peppers, middles and seeds removed. Be careful, don't touch middle, will burn fingers.
    juice of 3 limes
    handful of cilantro, cut up
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    kosher salt
    black pepper
    cumin powder
    cayenne pepper powder
    salsa( on the side)not included in calorie info
    reduced fat sour cream(on the side)not included in calorie info

Directions

Slice down middle of avocados, remove pit, scoop out insides with large spoon. Mash with fork. Chop onion and peppers. Add to bowl. Add lime juice, olive oil and cut cilantro. mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. I added cumin powder and cayenne pepper to mine. First time try for me. Not too bad. I did eat with salsa and reduced fat sour cream and a few diced jalapenos on top. Eat with your favorite tortilla chips or make your own. Or use it as a spread in a pita.
