2 green pepper, chopped
1 package ground chicken
1 tin tomato sauce, low sodium (~350mL)
1 tsp each: cumin, chili, onion powder
2 cans black beans, rinsed
In a 2L dish, add spices, tom sauce and 1 can black beans. Mash.
Add chicken mixture. Top with beans.
Bake at 375F for 45 min. Serve with tortillas, salsa and grated cheese, ect.
