  • Great recipe. Substituted egg whites and only used 3 bananas (it's all I had.) still turned out great! So easy to make my 3 year old helped! - 2/3/12

  • These are great. My whole family likes them! I didn't have oat bran, so I used my food processor to finely process old fashioned oats, and used that. Also added some flaxseed and some cinnamon. Love these! They are in the rotation. - 10/26/09

  • I can't believe they actually came out looking just like muffin tops (best part of a muffin)! Used Splenda instead of sugar. Sprayed Becel Topping Spray ( 0 calories) for serving. Only thing I found is that I used the 1/4 c to measure out, but got 12 muffin tops. Definitely will make again!!! - 9/10/08
