Introduction

Great for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. It is filling and full of daily essentials. Can be served as a snack, a meal or dessert. Great for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. It is filling and full of daily essentials. Can be served as a snack, a meal or dessert.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1 banana
    1/2 cup of oats
    1 cup milk, soy can be used
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tbsp. honey

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender on any speed for 30 secs. Ice may be added but not necessary. Vanilla & honey are not needed, adding it makes it a little sweeter. Pour in cup and enjoy.
