Introduction

Place hot a la denti spaghetti into soup styled dish. Ladel portion of the Bolonese mince which is lumpy , not runny.
Grate over parmasan Italian cheese.
Delicious served with green lettuce salad.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Chopped Onion
    oil
    250gram Lean mince
    salt,pepper,basil, garlic, paprika
    Tin of Tomato paste
    Sugar and vinegar
    500grams Spaghetti

Directions

Boil water, dash oil and salt.
Add spaghetti and cook till a la dente.( soft but firm). Drain and put back in the pot.
Fry onions, add paprika, salt and pepper, brown mince, add garlic , basil and Italian herbs ,
Open tin of tomato paste and add it to the pot.
Rinse it with vinegar and sugar and add it too.
Add cup of water and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
