Introduction

Ingredients


    *Lamb, liver, 3 oz (remove) strips
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Coriander leaf, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Coriander seed, 0.5 tsp (remove)chopped
    Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


Directions

1) In a pan, medium fire, add the oil and then the garlic first until somehow golden, the aroma would be strong

2) add then the paprika, black pepper, powder corainder to the oil

3) then add the liver and increase the fire (liver has to stay moist)

4) add quickly the onions, peppers and al the rest of the herbs (cumin, salt and coriander leaves)

5) Cook for about 5 minutes on a high fire. it is ment to keep it crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside.

Serve with nice mashed potato or garlic bread.

Can serve 2 persons
