Ingredients

    Beans, fava, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Chick Peas, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    *Coriander leaf, dried, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup (remove
    leek - 0.25 cup

Directions

1) in a deep pan, place with fava beans with its water and add the chickpea on medium fire for about 5 minutes

2) add the garlic (after crushing) to the beans and then add the leek, tomato, cumin, tomato paste and coriander

3) after 5 more minutes, close fire and put in dish

4) pour the olive oil and lemon ontop while sprinkling the parsley to garnish

You can have this as a lovely breakfast with bread (the best)
