Bread Pudding With Skim Milk

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Eggs, beaten
    2 cup Skim Milk
    1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    4 Slices of bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 cups total)

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
2. Place bread cubes evenly in baking dish.
3. Pour egg mixture over bread.
4. Bake at 325 degree for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
5. Chill and serve.
