Whole wheat blueberry pancakes

Ingredients

*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Egg Beaters, .25 cup
Water, tap, 1 cup add as needed
Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed
Directions
Mix wet ingredients(you may not need a whole cup of water, start with half then add more after the dry ingredients are added). I use seltzer water or club soda to make a fluffer lighter pancake. Add dry ingredients.
Pour 1/4 cup on a hot griddle. Cook a few minutes then flip. Makes about 6 - one pancake servings
