I spread the wrap with herb & garlic light soft Roule cheese, added chopped ham from a left-over roast, lettuce & cucumber for bulk, and a dash of sweet chilli sauce to spice it up. Crunchy, tasty, satisfying and about 420calories.
Great...I made some of these with leftover ham, but chopped up the ham & added mayo. Spread cream cheese on, then ham spread, lettuce (greens) leaf, sliced (longways) pickle and rolled it. Refrigerate 1 hour and cut them up. Delicious! I also did the same with chicken to make a variety.
