one bunch chard(can use any variety)
five cloves garlic
extra virgin olive oil
whole wheat pasta(any variety will work)
15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans(chickpeas)
4 oz can of artichoke hearts
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
half of lemon wedge
In the meanwhile, chop up garlic and rinse and chop chard. Drain chickpeas and artichoke hearts.
Saute garlic in oil until golden then toss in chard and allow to wilt. Then toss in chickpeas and artichoke hearts and heat.
Once pasta has cooked and been drained toss everything together with a splash of lemon and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Season to taste.
