Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Butter, salted, .50 stick (remove)
    Baker & Chefs part skim Mozzarella (1/4 c.), 6 serving (remove)
    Kroger Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 1 cup (remove)
    Sunups X-Lrg Eggs, 4 serving (remove)
    Wrights Bacon (fried), 4 oz (remove

Directions

follow same instructions as Cauliflower Kuggel, pre-steam the Cabbage & cook Bacon till almost done. Chop all prior to adding to the mix & placing into shallow baking dish. Bake at 400* for 60 min. Top with additional cheese if desired.

*Tip- this can be used as a Main Dish by adding Meat of Choice? Sausages of all variety do well, remember to pre-cook! Ground Beef or Turkey also does well.
