Spanish Rice

Submitted by: JDLANDER

Introduction

Great side dish and easier than a boxed Spanish rice. Most of the oil could be taken out and I'm going to on my next go round. Have not tried it with brown rice, but would probably be good. Cooking times would vary. Great side dish and easier than a boxed Spanish rice. Most of the oil could be taken out and I'm going to on my next go round.
