Ingredients

    3 cups rigatoni noodles (uncooked)
6 oz ground beef (93% fat free)
    2 cup hunts tomato sauce
    3 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
20 canned black olives (cut in half)
8 oz shredded mozzerella cheese (part skim milk)

Directions

Start by boiling pasta, but only cook for 1/2 the cooking time on box. You want it alittle hard. Drain and set aside.
In a large sauce pot brown hambuger, drain any fat. Add garlic to hamburger after it's browned.
Let cook for 1 minute, don't burn garlic. Turn down burner to med-low. Add tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, let the flavors marry. While that is going slice your mushrooms and olives hold them in a bowl. When your sauce is complete mix all ingredients together (keep out 2 oz of cheese). Pour mixture into 10x10 baking dish (lightly sprayed.)
Cook at 300 degrees for 35 minutes with cover on. When the time is done remove cover and sprinkle with remaining cheese cook for an additional 5 minutes.
When the dish is done remove from oven replace cover and let stand on counter for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!!!
