Barbecued Chicken Salad

Introduction

A light, delicious salad for people who want a lot of food, but not a lot of calories! A light, delicious salad for people who want a lot of food, but not a lot of calories!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 c. romaine lettuce (shredded)
    1 c. tomatoes (chopped)
    1/2 avocado (chopped)
    1/2 c. cucumber (chopped)
    1/2 c. celery (chopped)
    6 oz. chicken (grilled)
    2 T. barbecue sauce

Directions

Grill chicken or saute in a nonstick pan. Set aside. Wash and chop other ingredients. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, avocado, and top with chicken. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and ENJOY!
