BEAN, Navy Soup

Ingredients

    11 cups water
    6 cups cooked Navy Beans
    2 cups diced carrot
    2 cups diced parsnip
    2 1/2 cup diced turnip
    1 tea salt

Directions

Soak beans overnight, drain water, add beans, beef and water to soup pot, bring to boil - until beans are tender, Add onion, carrot, turnip, and parsnip - bring to boil cook approx 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Makes 16 servings - 1 cup each serving.
NOTE: Nutrient chart is using cooked dried beans not dried bean.
