Introduction

Basic Egg Salad...with less calories & fat and the added taste of dill. Basic Egg Salad...with less calories & fat and the added taste of dill.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    5 hard boiled Eggs (diced)
    1.5 - 2 cups diced celery
    Dried Dill weed 1 Tbsp
    1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp season salt (or to taste)
    4 Tbsp Miracle whip light


Directions

Mix ingredients together and serve alone or on bread for a sandwich. I like it open faced on wheat toast.

Makes 3 one cup servings.
