Introduction

Spinach and Bean Salad to be served with Betty Salad Dressing Spinach and Bean Salad to be served with Betty Salad Dressing
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 bag of fresh spinach
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 cup bean sprouts
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 bacon, fried and broken

Directions

Cook bacon and crumble
Cook eggs to hard boil
rinse and rip lettuce and spinach
rinse bean sprout and water chestnuts
Mix all ingredients
Serve with Betty Dressing
about 10 one cup servings
