Veggie Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

    4- Large Eggs
    2- Nature's Own Whitewheat Hamburger buns (May substitute 4 slices whitewheat bread)
    ~ 1/2 Cup chopped onions
    ~1/2 Cup chopped green peppers
    ~1/2 Cup mushrooms (canned or fresh)
    1/2 Cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cup 2% Milk

Directions

Saute onions, green peppers, & mushrooms until slightly browned. Cut/tear hamburger buns/slices of bread into small pieces. Place them in the bottom of a baking dish, I use a 1.5 Qt. Beat 4 eggs & milk,, mix with sauteed veggies. Pour over bread. Allow to sit over night for best results. Top with cheese & place in cold oven to bake. Turn oven to 350 degrees & bake until set, usually about 30 Min.
