Granny's Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup cooked
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces cooked
    Steamfresh mixed vegetables (I use the whole bag)
    Eggbeaters, .5 cup
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute in 1 tbs butter or olive oil. Scramble eggbeaters in a separate pan. Add vegetables and rice to the chicken and pour soy sauce over this and stir until well blended. Heat through. Serves 6.
