1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can of fat free cream of mushroom soup
16 oz carton of fat free sour cream
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
cooked egg noodle (1 cup per person)
2 cups of fresh sliced mushrooms
Mix together soup, sour cream, fresh mushrooms and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken.
If chicken is frozen cook for 4-5 hours on high
If chicken is not frozen cook in 3.5 hours on high.
When stroganoff is almost ready; Prepare egg noodles as directed.
Put 1/2 cup (+) 1/3 cup of stroganoff over one cup of prepared egg noodles.
Serving size is 1/2 cup (+) 1/3 cup of stroganoff over one cup of prepared egg noodles.
