Ingredients

    onion, garlic, mushroom and green beans ( string beans) I cut them into peices, but leaving whole gives you more chewing action.

Directions

3 1/2c serving. This is vegetables with some color if not cooked too long...Stomach problems for me so I cook through.
In a skillet garlic spread evenly, follow with onion,
mushroom.
In a seperate pot cook snap greens.
