Ingredients

    1 bunch of fresh spinach
    1 cp sliced mushrooms
    i cup peeled and sliced cucumber
    3 tomatoes plum or other sliced
    1 cup feta cheese crumbled
    you can drizzle some fresh lemom etc add other fresh ingredients

Directions

cut it all up of course after washing the vegies and drying them i use a salad spinner for my spinach toss all together in a bowl this recipe doesnt show any dressing so dont forget to add that in
