Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * English Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4"), chopped
    *2 Red Ripe Tomatoes, medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    * *Kraft Real Mayo, 1 tbsp
    * 1 tbsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 15 grams

Directions

1. wash and trim cucumber, quarter and slice to approximately 1/2 inch chunks
2. wash and cut tomato into chunks.
3. combine in a bowl with mayo and yogurt
4. add salt and pepper to taste
5. variations: add herbs to match the meal you are serving it with.
