Ingredients

    La Banderita Low Carb Low Fat Tortilla

    1/2c. pure pumpkin puree
    30g onions, chopped
    cumin, garlic salt, cayenne

    2T light sour cream
    1T salsa

    25g romaine
    25g tomatoes

Directions

Microwave tortilla 30 sec.

Mix next group of ingredients in the middle of the tortilla. Microwave another 30sec.

Add toppings.

Pictured with 3/4c. pumpkin (which was too much) and Zupa Gryzbowa (Pumpkin Soup in Polish).
