Sausage & Veggies Linguine

Ingredients

    asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, whole wheat linguine, olive oil, turkey sausage, oregano

Directions

Cook sausages before slicing. After sausages are cooked, remove them from the pan and fry the veggies in the same pan, adding the olive oil and oregano. While the veggies are cooking, slice the sausages. When the veggies have reached a consistency you like (I like mine a little underdone, so they still have a bit of crisp to them), pour the entire contents of the pan into the drained cooked linguine, add the sausage, and mix.
