Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 Lb Ground turkey
    1 Red onion, diced
    2 Celery Stalks, chopped
    1 Carrot, chopped
    1 Can Black Beans
    2 Cans Kidney Beans
    2 28 Oz cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 Tbsp ground cumin
    1 Tsp ground ginger
    1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash - original
    1 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
    2 Tsp No salt - salt alternative
    1 Tsp dried chives
    1 Tsp dried cilantro
    3 fresh sage leaves
    1 Tsp fresh lemon thyme
    1 Tsp fresh margoram
    2 Cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add onions first and sweat for a few minutes. Add rest of the vegtables and saute for 5-7 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, beans and seasoning. Simmer on low for at least 1 hour or until thick and savory.
