Lemon and Rosemary Chicken Breasts

Introduction

Ideal dinner dish.
Serve Rissi Bissi Rice by packing a soup ladel and using it as a mould. Turn out the rice onto the main plate. Dish the chicken and sauce together.
Serve with a green lettuce salad.

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts
    2 cups of sliced mushrooms
    boullion cube,
    pepper ,
    1 Tbsp Rosemary
    3 garlic
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 tub Greek Yougurt
    1 cup raw rice
    1 cup peas

Directions

Fry sliced chicken breasts till golden , add thinly sliced mushrooms and fry with seasoning add lemon juice and when ready to serve fold in the Greek yogurt.
While frying microwave rice 1 cup to 2 cups water with salt, dash oil and peas for 15 minutes.
