Toasted 10 Grain and Nut Granola

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups organic old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill 10-grain hot cereal
    2 tbsp. chopped almonds
    2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    3 tbsp. raw agave nectar
    2 tbsp. grapeseed oil
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Makes 4 cups total (Sixteen 1/4-cup servings)

Pre-heat an oven to 300 degrees F.

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add agave nectar and oil and mix thoroughly.

Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Allow the granola to cool completely before storing in a glass mason jar.
