Introductiona vegan twist on a childhood favorite! a vegan twist on a childhood favorite!
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. fake ground beef
2 cans of condensed tomato soup
1 tomato soup can of water
2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
2.) sautee the garlic and onion in a large skillet and add 'beef'.
3.) mix soup, water, and sugar, add to the beef mixture and stir in macaroni.
4.) heat until the sauce boils and thickens a bit. add salt and pepper to taste.
