4 med potatoes ( cut into chunks)
8 oz fresh mushrooms (cut into chunks)
8 oz baby carrots
1 med onion (cut into 1" chunks)
2 lb venison roast
1 jar mushroom gravy
1 can beef stock
1 pkg of beef stew dry mix
Place venison roast on top of vegetables.
Mix gravy, stock and soup mix together and pour over roast.
Cover & cook on low for 10-12 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high
