Introduction

Ingredients

    Rhubarb, 4.5 cup, diced (I use frozen)
    Sugar-free gelatin (Jell-o) with aspartame, 1 package (0.35 oz) of a berry flavour
    Water (or juice), 0.25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, to taste

Directions

Boil ingredients on the stove until desired texture is achieved. Additional sweetener may be added if you need it. Juice is optional but included in nutrition info. Makes 9 servings of 1/3 cups of sauce. Each serving is under 19 calories and equal to one 1/2 cup serving of raw veggies.
