Mother's Rhubarb Jam

Introduction

Number of Servings: 80

Ingredients

    4 cups rhubarb diced
    4 cups sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple (@ 1 cup)
    1 3 oz pkg of jello gelatin (strawberry, cherry or raspberry)

Directions

Pour rhubarb and sugar into large cooking pot and stir. Let sit for 2 - 2.5 hours stirring often.

to cook:
Place on med high to high heat and bring to boil. Let boil for 10 minutes.
BE CAREFUL IT WILL SPIT!!!

Add Pineapple and boil for another 5-7 minutes

Remove from heat and add jello and stir well.

Pour into canning jars and seall right away.

Place in fridge for setting and storage
