These are REALLY Portable and great to make and grab when your on the go.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    2 tsp dried yellow mustard
    2 tsp chipolte
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 cup steel oats
    3 cloves garlic
    1 small onion
    1 cup mushrooms
    2 stalks celery
    3 egg whites
    11/2 lbs ground chicken
    1/2 lb ground bison ( I added this for my but not necessary) tasty and great lean protein

Directions

Makes 12 Muffins
-Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray Pam (or preferred) cooking spray into a large muffin tin
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Then add all wet ingredients
- Mix well , I found mixing with your hands works best
- Ball up approx 1/4 c size balls and place in muffin tin
( If I have extra- when I use the extra meat, I make in small meatloaf tin)
- Cook for 40-45 min
