Shrimp and Asparagus Alfredo

Ingredients

6 oz Barilla Plus Spaghetti
1 1/2 cup asparagus cut in pieces
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp olive oil
1 small leek chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup sweet red pepper chopped
1 can Campbell's Healthy request Cream
of chicken or mushroom soup
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 oz asiago cheese shredded
1/2 oz parmesan cheese shredded
1/4 tsp red or cayenne pepper
12 oz cooked shrimp thawed and tails removed
Directions
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Add asparagus the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain well. In skillet over medium high melt butter and oil, add leet, garlic and sweet red pepper until starting to soften. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, cook until hot, add thawed shrim and heat. Stir in spaghetti mixture and reheat.
