Here is a homemade all natural and healthy fruit roll up that will tame your sweet tooth! Great way to get kids to eat healthy too! Go and indulge in this guilt-free delightful treat! Here is a homemade all natural and healthy fruit roll up that will tame your sweet tooth! Great way to get kids to eat healthy too! Go and indulge in this guilt-free delightful treat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    2 Tbs wheat germ
    1/2 Tbs honey
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 Tbs natural peanut butter
    1 oz. of grape nut cereal (or any other type of nugget cereal)

Directions

mix cereal, wheat germ and pumpkin pie spice in a shallow dish.
Smear peanut butter and honey on banana.
Roll banana in the cereal mix to coat.
Refrigerate if you like, if Not MUNCH AWAY ASAP and ENJOY!
Also feel free to alter the amount of ingredients to change the caloric composition. This dish is too many calories to be a snack. But if you want it to be a snack, then use 1- 1.5 Tbs of peanut butter and cut 100 calorie- 150 calories, and use a teaspoon of honey to cut back. A snack should be no more than 150- 200 calories.
