No-Bake Tuna Casserole for One

Introduction

A quick and easy substitute for tuna casserole that ends up a larger portion then you first think. A quick and easy substitute for tuna casserole that ends up a larger portion then you first think.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 c. macaroni
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 can light tuna in water, drained
    1/4 c. onions
    1/4 c. milk
    Seasonings for taste

Directions

Measure out ingredients
Boil water
Cook pasta for 7 minutes
Microwave frozen peas in a bowl with some water for 2 minutes.

Once pasta is cooked and drained, put back in cooking pot. Add tuna, onions and peas. Cook on medium for 3-4 minutes. Add milk and salt and pepper or other seasonings for taste. Cook and stir on medium until milk has become thick. Serve hot and enjoy a low calorie and easy cooking experience.
