Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 TBS olive oil, 2 TBS garlic, 1 Lb chicken breasts, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp basil, two pkgs. sun dried tomatoes cut into thin strips, 3/4 low fat chicken broth, 1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup parmesean cheese and one box bow tie pasta.

Directions

Cook garlic in oil for 30 seconds. Add chicken breasts, red pepper, basil, and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add chicken broth, wine and tomatoes. Boil gently for 10 minutes. Add cream and parmesean cheese and cook until well blended. (Add some flour to broth if base need thickening. Stir in cooked bow tie pasta and serve.
