Snap Peas, Bamboo Shoots, Celery, & Onions Stir Fry

Introduction

Mixed vegetables stir fried with a little salt & oil. Mixed vegetables stir fried with a little salt & oil.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Teaspoon Oil
    1.5 Cups Snap Peas
    1.5 Cups Sliced Celery
    1.5 Cups Sliced Bamboo Shoots
    1.5 Cups Sliced Yellow Onions
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    3 Tablespoons water

Directions

Heat your pan and then add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the salt and the celery first, since it needs to cook longer. After about a minute, add the rest of the vegetables and stir fry for about a minute. Add about 3 tablespoons of water, cover vegetables and let cook for another 5 minutes.

You can use less salt if you want. If you want it spicier, you can add a few pepper flakes.

Makes 3 servings of about 2 cups each.
