Ingredients

    1/4 med apple, chopped
    1/2 med banana, sliced
    3 strawberries, sliced
    12 blueberries
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup dry oats
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Makes one serving -
- combine the first four ingredients
- top with the cottage cheese
- sprinkle dry oats and walnuts on top
