Ingredients

    2 potatoes, cubed
    16 oz frozen veggie mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp salt-free seasoning
    1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
    2 cans 98% fat free condensed chicken soup
    1 package refrigerated biscuit dough



Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first six ingredients in bowl and transfer to 2.5 quart casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 90 minutes.
Remove from oven and discard foil. Top with biscuits.
Return to oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
