Ingredients

    Oats (I like Quaker Quick-1 Minute Oats)
    Frozen Berries (I like blackberries)
    Honey

Directions

Makes one serving

Boil one cup water in small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup oatmeal. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes. While it sits, pour 3/4 cup frozen berries into a bowl so they have a few minutes to thaw. When 15 minutes is up, pour oatmeal over berries (the heat from the oatmeal will finish the thawing process), stir in honey or sweetener of choice and enjoy!
