Caesar Fakeout Dressing for One

Introduction

I came up w/this today for my salad as I was craving a caesar-y flavor. Would also be good w/a little dijon added! I came up w/this today for my salad as I was craving a caesar-y flavor. Would also be good w/a little dijon added!

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    Juice of 1 small lemon, or to taste
    1 tsp finely grated Romano Cheese
    1 small clove garlic, crushed, or more to taste
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together, taste and add lemon, garlic or seasonings as you like.

Enough to satisfactorily coat 1 small heart of Romaine Lettuce!
