Pineapple-Orange Angel Food Muffins

Introduction

Light, quick breakfast! Light, quick breakfast!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 box Angel Food cake mix
    1 can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    zest of orange

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until done. Serving size is 1 muffin. Recipe makes 24 muffins.
