Ingredients

    2 C Dry Bulgur
    1/3 C Lemon Juice
    1/3 C Olice Oil
    1 C chopped Parsley
    1 C chopped tomato
    1 C chopped Cucumber
    1/2 C Chopped Green Onion
    1 T garlic powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 1/3 C Boiling water

Directions

Combine boiling water and dry bulgur in glass container. Cover tightly and let sit for 1 hour.

Combine all remaining ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour.
