FAYE'S OVEN FRIED FRENCH FRYS

Introduction

This can be as crispy as you want them. I like mine browned but not dry.Try not to over bake them.This are way better for you than frying them. This can be as crispy as you want them. I like mine browned but not dry.Try not to over bake them.This are way better for you than frying them.

Ingredients

    * *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    * *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1 dash & pepper
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    PAM cooking spray

Directions

preheat oven to 350*. on a shallow pan spray with PAM and then sprinkle the oil around in the pan. you can cut the potatoes into fries you can leave skin on or take off either way you prefer. wash them good if you leave skin on. place in single layer onto the pan turn over so they have oil on them. sprinkle the garlic, onion powder, and a little salt and pepper if you prefer. place in over for 30 mins. check thm and flip and put back if needed fo an extra 10 mins keep checking until they are done to your taste.
