Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C. diced Celery
    5 C. diced Red Peppers
    5 C. sliced little Zucchini
    2.5 C. sliced Onions (red and white)
    8 cloves Garlic
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1.5 C. cooked Lentils

Directions

Season vegetables with a hearty shake of herbs you like. I used about 10 different ones including chili pepper seeds. Saute all the vegetables until desired doneness.
Makes 8 cups cooked vegetables. 8 servings of 1 cup each.
