Ingredients

    1 pound shrimps (pre-cooked)
    1/2 cup low fat salad whipped cream/mayo
    2 tsp old bay seasoning
    1/4 tsp lea and perrins worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp lemons juice

Directions

serves 4
defrost the shrimps by pouring them in luke warm water
in a salad bowl, mix all the other ingredients and then add the shrimps
(you can also boil eggs to add to the salad)
serve on whole lettuce leaves
