Introduction

Serve the crispy golden brown topped macaroni with tomato and onion salad.
Add a dollop of tomato ketchup to each serving.
Family favourite.

Ingredients

    500grams elbow Macaroni
    water
    salt
    1 tsp oil
    1 stick butter
    1 Tsp flour
    1 stock cube
    1 tsp pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tsp parsley
    1 cup milk

Directions

Boil elbow noodles for 20 minutes in salty water with oil.
Heat oven 220° C with grill
Drain and mix in beaten egg and parsley.
Melt butter with flour and seasoning add milk slowly and cheese till creamy.
Fold together.
Grill till brown on top
